If you’ve been on Facebook lately, chances are you’ve seen the videos showing how to make a delicious food item in what seems like lightning fast time. They seem to be a trend that’s been sticking around for a while. I like the videos and most of the recipes are simple and end up looking amazingly delicious. I’ve got tons of them saved on my Facebook page (thank you Facebook for adding that save feature). I haven’t actually made any of them yet. But I’m curious as to the actual effort and time needed to successfully replicate these dishes. And equally curious to know how many times I’ll need to pause and rewind the video to make sure I didn’t skip a step or leave out an ingredient while trying to turn cooking in the seemingly time warped world that exists on social media into reality in my kitchen.
